“Above the line” film positions are responsible for the creative, budgeting, and executive management aspects of filmmaking. Above-The-Line Personnel are the visionaries and decision makers for the entire program.

MINISTRY OVERSEER

Steve Hannett

Ministry overseer of the Gospel Mission Network; responsible for the spiritual direction of the program. The Ministry Overseer is held accountable to the apostolic leadership of the Gospel Mission Network.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Steve Hannett

Responsible for finalizing the decisions of the creative, budgeting, and production development of the program. The Executive Director oversees all the Producers of The Miraculous Life. The Executive Producer reports directly to the Ministry Overseer.

HOST

Steve Hannett

TV Host of the program. Reports directly to the Executive Producer.

DIRECTOR

Rebecca Ticoalu

Responsible for creative direction of The Miraculous Life, shaping each episode and or film from beginning to end; oversees the Camera, Lighting, Editing, Audio, and Art (studio’s set) departments, throughout pre-production, production, and post-production. Reports directly to the Executive Producer, and directly to the Host during filming production.

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY (Cinematographer)

Rebecca Ticoalu

Oversees the Camera & Lighting department; responsible for designing the camera and lighting composition. Reports directly to the Director.

PRODUCER

Rebecca Ticoalu

Reports directly to the Executive Producer. Responsibilities include: producing the show by contributing to the creative direction of each episode and or film (and thus assisting the Director in working with department heads and key personnel) from the beginning of each episode and or film to its completion; directly work with ISN (the online network which broadcasts The Miraculous Life) for the broadcasting and scheduling of the show; approve budget under the supervision of the Executive Producer; oversee the marketing of the show; introduce new concepts and ideas that may align with brand initiatives of the project.
